2. Service Description

AXIOM provides AI-powered OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to convert handwritten STEM notes into clean digital text with LaTeX-formatted mathematical expressions.

3. Account Registration

To use AXIOM, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information
  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account

4. Pricing & Payments

AXIOM uses a pay-per-use model:

  • Free tier: 3 pages included
  • Page packs: ₹49 for 10 pages, ₹199 for 50 pages, ₹349 for 100 pages
  • All payments are processed securely via Razorpay
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes

5. Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share account credentials with others

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. We retain ownership of AXIOM's technology, branding, and service infrastructure.

8. Limitation of Liability

AXIOM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
