Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

AXIOM offers digital transcription services on a pay-per-use basis. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request them.

2. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for refund:

  • Unused page credits within 7 days of purchase
  • Technical failures that prevented page credits from being applied
  • Duplicate charges due to payment errors

Not eligible for refund:

  • Pages that have been used for transcription
  • Dissatisfaction with transcription quality (best-effort service)
  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at mrajatnath@gmail.com with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Razorpay payment ID (if available)
  • Reason for refund

4. Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation

AXIOM is a pay-per-use service with no recurring subscriptions. There is nothing to cancel. Purchased page credits do not expire.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue (e.g., payment deducted but credits not applied), contact us immediately. We will investigate and either credit your account or process a full refund.
